Salmon, sweet potato and edamame bites
Lightly oil a non-stick frypan.
DEFROSTED: fry the salmon bites over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
FROZEN: fry the salmon bites over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve with tartare or tomato sauce and lemon wedges.
NB This dish is intended for toddlers and small children. Adults may wish to add extra seasoning.
