Best cooked straight from frozen. Preheat oven (FF) to 180C. DEFROSTED: Cook for 18 minutes - depending on how molten you want the cake. FROZEN: Cook for 20-22 minutes - depending on how molten you want the cake. Ovens vary, please adjust the cooking times if necessary. Serve with fresh raspberries and vanilla ice cream or double cream.
How We Make It
How We Make It
The great thing about our uncooked mixes is that we make them exactly as you would at home. First, we melt butter and chocolate together, then we break and separate eggs. We beat the yolks with sugar till thick and creamy, then sift in flour and the melted chocolate mixture. Finally, we pour the mix into foil tray, dusted with cocoa powder and freeze, ready for you to bake at home.
