Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Remove the plastic film. COOK FROM FROZEN: Cook for approximately 50-60 minutes or until crispy and piping hot, turn the potatoes a few times during cooking. Tip: for best results, transfer to a larger oven tray before cooking. Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary.Keep frozen. once thawed, do not refreeze. Cook within 48 hours of removing from freezer and consume immediately. Do not reheat or refrigerate once cooked.

We roast halves of chat potatoes until just softening then toss them in a mix of fresh rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and rendered duck fat to coat them well. They're packed in a foil tray, ready for roasting at home for a crisp and crunchy texture that only duck fat produces.
