DEFROSTED: remove the sachet of dressing, lay the film over the tray, and microwave for 3 minutes. pour over the dressing, stir and microwave for a further 1 minute, or until piping hot. FROZEN: remove the sachet of dressing and place in a bowl of warm water. Lay the film over the tray and microwave for 4 minutes. Pour over the dressing and stir, microwave for a further 2 minutes, or until piping hot. OVEN: preheat oven to 200 degrees. Remove the plastic film and sachet of dressing. Cover the tray with foil, and place in the oven till piping hot, then stir through the dressing. Serve on its own, with a fried egg or pan-fried tofu, or as an accompaniment to any Asian dinner. Frozen product. Reheat from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. Microwave ovens vary, please adjust heating times if necessary. Remove the plastic lining from the compostable tray before recycling along with cardboard sleeve.

How We Make It
First we prep and just cook all the veg - carrots, corn, edamame, mushrooms and Chinese cabbage. We then steam brown rice till nutty and tender and prepare a finishing sauce of soy, sesame oil, ginger and maple syrup. We mix the rice, sauce and veg and finish the dish off with a sprinkle of chopped spring onions.
