Throw in a handful of baby spinach or any blanched green vegetable for the quickest of green additions and serve over coconut or steamed basmati rice, with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime. This is a saucy curry – make sure you have plenty of flatbread to mop up the sauce.

This was amazing for a cold night once we got our toddler and newborn in bed. It was a lovely meal which we served with rice and added some leafy greens. A perfect quick but tasty meal.

The suggestion to throw in some veggies was good - added a handful of green beans and served with jasmine rice which was a good amount for two.

This was my first Dinner Ladies meal. I was really i’mpressed. I’ve had precooked frozen meals from other suppliers but have been disappointed, particularly as once they are heated up from frozen the veggies are soft and gluggy. I like it that this dish uses fresh uncooked prawns and it’s heated from thawed and you are encouraged to add additional veggies. Worked a treat! Thanks
