Prep, Cook & Serve

Small:

Pierce the film several times. DEFROSTED: microwave for 3-4 minutes or till piping hot. FROZEN: microwave for 4 minutes, stirring gently halfway through, heat for a further 2 minutes or till piping hot. Microwave ovens vary, adjust heating times if required. Serve as a vegetarian main or as a side dish.Keep frozen. once thawed, do not refreeze. Defrost in refrigerator. Cook within 48 hours of removing from freezer and consume immediately. Do not reheat or refrigerate once cooked. Remove the plastic lining from the compostable tray before recycling along with cardboard sleeve.

How We Make It

We roast wedges of jap pumpkin with spices and maple syrup. The blue lentils are cooked in a korma curry sauce made with homemade korma paste and coconut cream. The pumpkin wedges are dished up on top of the lentil curry, ready for heating at home.

    Perfect for postpartum!
