Impossibly crunchy on the outside and juicy and flavoursome within, thanks to a buttermilk, rosemary and garlic marinade, these crowd-pleasing free-range drumettes (the meaty top part of the wing) come ready to be shaken in a panko, herb and spice crumb mix, baked in the oven till golden and served with a creamy, herby ranch dressing. Finger-lickin' fun. 

To Serve

These make great Friday night footy beer food on their own, or dish up for a bunch of kids with slaw and a baked potato or potato salad.

 

Ingredients

We don't add preservatives or additives to our meals - we cook with real ingredients, just like you would at home. We do occasionally use kitchen pantry staples that include some additives. For example, tomato sauce contains acetic and critic acid.

Defrost fully. Preheat oven (FF) to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Empty the crumbs into the bag of chicken and shake well for a minute till the drumettes are well coated. Place the crumbed drumettes on the baking tray, spray or drizzle with oil and cook for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and golden brown. Serve with Ranch dressing on the side.

    Delicious chicken!

    My family kooovvveddd these. Easy to prepare and baked beautifully. I put them on a rack rather than straight on baking paper and all sides cooked evenly.

    OMG Chicken wings

    Holy cats. These chicken drumettes are awesome. Soooooo crispy and succulent. And the ranch dressing is DELICIOUS. Like no ranch I have ever had before. So fresh and flavoursome. Yum yum yum. I will be stocking up on these.
