Prep, Cook and Serve
Small: Remove plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 35-40 minutes or until piping hot. FROZEN: cook for approximately 55 minutes or until piping hot. Serve with a green salad or steamed greens. Frozen product. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
How We Make It
We start with Puy lentils and borlotti beans as a base, cooked with diced vegetables, tomatoes and a touch of herbs and spices. The extra punch of savoury flavour from ground dried porcini mushrooms. The filling is topped with a sprinkle of baby peas and the plant-based cauliflower and sweet potato mash which we've boosted with nutritional yeast and olive oil.
