How We Make It
How We Make It
We marinate free-range chicken thighs in a Mexican spice blend and cook them in the oven. Next, we shred the chicken and add it to a tomato-based sauce with red kidney beans, pickled jalapenos, sweet corn and a touch of lime juice. The heat level is mild so add some chilli sauce if you like your Mexican on the spicier side!
