Prep, Cook & Serve

Small:

Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Remove the plastic film and sauce. DEFROSTED: drizzle the chicken with olive oil and cook for 25 minutes, pour over the sauce and cook for a further 10 minutes. FROZEN: place the bag of sauce in a bowl of warm water and set aside. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil. Cook for 40 minutes, pour over the sauce and cook for a further 15 minutes. Serve with broccolini or leafy greens. Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary.

Large:

How We Make It

We marinate free-range chicken supremes (with the wing tip attached and skin on) in chopped tarragon, olive oil and lemon zest. The chicken breasts, roast baby potatoes and wedges of red onion are packed in a tray ready to be popped in the oven at home. The dish comes with a creamy finishing sauce made of pure cream, creme fraiche, chicken stock, mustard and tarragon to pour over for the last 10-15 minutes of the cook.

Goes With...
