DEFROSTED: pierce the film several times and microwave for 3 minutes. Peel back the film, stir and heat for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. FROZEN: pierce the film several times and microwave for 4 minutes. Peel back the film, stir and heat for a further 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. STOVE TOP: defrost fully and empty into a saucepan. Stirring occasionally until heated through. Serve with your favourite pasta and extra Parmesan cheese if you like. Microwaves vary, please adjust heating times if required. Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. Remove the plastic lining from the compostable tray before recycling along with cardboard sleeve.

We start by frying diced bacon in olive oil, we then cook sliced mushrooms, fresh thyme, garlic and onions in the reserved bacon oil before adding cream, Dijon mustard, grated Parmesan and the cooked bacon. We finish the sauce with peas for sweetness and fresh parsley.
