Defrost fully, heat oil in a frying pan - about 5mm deep. Fry the tenderloins for 3-4 minutes a side or until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel and serve with potato wedges and aioli or tomato sauce.

We lightly season free-range chicken tenderloins, then roll them in flour, free-range egg, and panko breadcrumbs. There's no added oil, no strange numbers and, triumph of triumphs, the kids love them!
