Buttered mash or crusty bread would be good with the pie's delicious gravy, as would a baked potato. There are plenty of vegetables in the pie but a green salad with a nice, sharp dressing is always welcome with pastry.

Great quality beef (lean which is good as I'm picky about fatty meats). Great flavours and a decent balanced meal for the family.
