Cottage Pie in a tray with minced beef, peas and carrots, topped with golden buttery mashed potato.

Cottage pie

Cottage pie

Cosy Sunday nights were made for this most comforting of all British dishes – flavoursome minced beef topped with peas and our buttered mashed potato. A one-dish wonder from freezer to oven to table – no prep, no stress and, best of all, no washing up!

To Serve

You can get away with serving nothing at all - but a green salad is always welcome.

Ingredients

Buttered mashed potato (39%) (potato (78%), milk, butter (cream (milk), salt), salt), minced beef (17%), carrot, onion, peas, celery, red wine (sulphites), tomato paste, worcestershire sauce (water, white vinegar, molasses, onion, salt, garlic, spices, natural flavours, color (caramel IV)), olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt

* We don’t add preservatives or additives to our meals – we cook with the same real ingredients you would find in your home fridge and pantry. Some of these household ingredients do contain sub-ingredients, for example Dijon mustard contains sulphites and crushed tomatoes contain citric acid. We try to find products with as few additives as possible and always list every ingredient in our meals, both here and on the label.
