Small: 520g- serves 2 with accompaniments
Large: 1060g- serves 4 with accompaniments
Prep, Cook and Serve
Small: DEFROSTED: Pierce the film several times and microwave for 3 minutes, stir gently then heat for a further 1-2 minutes. Alternatively, empty into a saucepan or fry pan and simmer gently till piping hot. FROZEN: Pierce the film and microwave for 4 minutes, stir gently and heat for a further 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Serve with pasta, crusty bread, mashed potato or a green salad. Microwaves vary, please adjust heating times if necessary.
