Defrost fully. Cook chicken bites in a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and completely cooked through. Serve with a noodle salad or Asian slaw or greens.
You can also combine the bites to make 3 or 4 larger burger patties.

We've made these patties by mixing free-range chicken thigh mince with a Japanese-y blend of ginger, soy sauce and Panko breadcrumbs. They're studded with chopped water chestnuts and chopped edamame.
