To Cook
Defrost fully before cooking. Heat oil (approx. 5mm deep) over medium heat in a frying pan and fry gently for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towel before serving.

I highly recommend the schnitzels. The parnessan and thyme crumb cooks up really well, is very tasty, and the chicken breasts are top-quality. We served with a simple salad and sweet potato fries
