How We Make It

We dust the chicken pieces in Hungarian paprika, salt and pepper before browning in the pan and adding to a base of onions, garlic and diced green capsicum. Next, we add cooked sliced mushrooms, chicken stock, and tomato paste and simmer gently til cooked. The sauce is finished with a touch of sour cream, resulting in a rich velvety sauce.

    Delish!

Chicken Paprikash is one of my fav dishes to make so my expectation was high. Tasted different to the traditional ones I’ve had but that’s not a bad thing, it was delish in its own right and a little lighter feeling which was nice. Actually fed this to my in-laws who thought I slaved away in the kitchen and they were shocked it was a pre-made meal!
