Pierce the film several times. DEFROSTED: microwave for 2.5 minutes or until piping hot. FROZEN: microwave for 4 minutes, stir and heat for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Microwave ovens vary considerably. Please adjust heating times if necessary.
