The most classic of Neapolitan pizzas for the purists or fussy small people, with slow-cooked tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil on a hand-stretched sourdough base, these beauties also make a great base for loading with prosciutto, salami, sliced mushrooms, olives, anchovies... You get the picture. Stack a few in the freezer and you’ll never go hangry again.

A thing of beauty on its own or knock yourself out by topping with any flavour combinations that take your fancy. We love prosciutto and Parmesan, with a handful of fresh rocket scattered over after cooking but really, you’re limited only by the contents of your pantry and fridge – and your imagination!

Preheat oven (FF) to 240C. COOK FROM FROZEN: remove the pizza from the bag, place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the base is crispy.
