- Individual:Serves one adult.

PLEASE NOTE: this product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.
TO COOK: Best cooked straight from frozen. Place on a preheated, lightly oiled barbecue hotplate or frying pan for 5 (from defrosted) to 7 minutes (from frozen), each side until golden and cooked through.
DEFROST INFORMATION: May be cooked straight from frozen or defrosted overnight in the fridge. Keep refrigerated and cook and consume within 48 hours. For a quick defrost, place sealed bag in room temperature water and ensure that you finish cooking within 2 hours of starting the defrosting process.
Serve in a toasted brioche bun with an Asian slaw and sweet chilli sauce. You can also defrost the patties and make them into smaller balls - brilliant for canapes or kids' lunchboxes.
Low carb: ditch the bun and simply serve the bare burgers with slaw or wrap in cos lettuce leaves with herbs, chilli and a squeeze of lime or wasabi mayo.
