PREP, COOK AND SERVE

Frozen product. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

Note: This product contains raw chicken, and must be fully cooked before consumption.

To cook, defrost fully before cooking. Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan, about 5mm deep. When medium-hot (drop a breadcrumb in to see if it sizzles) add the schnitzels, in small batches without overcrowding and fry for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain on paper towel and keep warm while you cook the remaining schnitzels. We're trying to keep salt down in the kitchen - but feel free to sprinkle on some salt flakes at home (as we will).
