Herb-marinated lamb loin chops

Back to Home

HERE'S HOW WE MAKE IT

This is the herb marinade we used to put on our butterflied legs of lamb before they became so insanely expensive we couldn't put them on the menu any more. Loin chops offer something for everyone - lean and tender fillet bits, crunchy tails and, best of all a bone to chew!

INGREDIENTS

Lamb loin chops, rosemary, oregano, parsley, lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil.

ALLERGENS

MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF:
Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Gluten, Dairy, Shellfish, Fish, Sesame, Soy, Egg, Sulphites .
PLEASE NOTE:
While we make every effort to ensure dishes are free of cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen free.
