Peel back the film and stir gently with a spoon. Microwave ovens vary, please adjust heating times if necessary. Serve as a side dish to any Asian dinner. Frozen product. Keep frozen. once thawed, do not refreeze. Defrost in refrigerator. Cook within 48 hours of removing from freezer and consume immediately. Do not reheat or refrigerate once cooked. Remove the plastic lining from tray before recycling along with cardboard sleeve.

Being steamed in coconut milk and infused with kaffir lime leaves does all sorts of good things to jasmine rice and elevates a side dish into a star. We use the absorption method which results in tender, fluffy, fragrant rice.
