Being steamed in coconut milk and infused with kaffir lime leaves does all sorts of good things to jasmine rice and elevates a side dish into a star. We use the absorption method which results in tender, fluffy, fragrant rice.

Frozen product. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours.  

To reheat rice, cut a small edge of the top corner of the pouch. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (from defrosted) to 3-4 minutes (from frozen) or until piping hot. Cut open the pouch and fluff rice with a fork before serving with any Asian dinner.
