Being steamed in coconut milk and infused with kaffir lime leaves does all sorts of good things to jasmine rice and elevates a side dish into a star. We use the absorption method which results in tender, fluffy, fragrant rice.

To reheat, pierce the film and place in microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes (from defrosted) - 3 minutes (from frozen) for an individual, or 2 minutes (from defrosted) - 4 minutes (from frozen) for a small. Peel back plastic film and fluff with a fork before serving with any Asian dinner.
Serve with stir-fries, curries or any Asian dinner.
