Now, this is a Christmas present we’d be happy to unwrap. Butterflied free-range chicken breasts filled with our toasted pistachio, leek, and cranberry stuffing, rolled and wrapped in prosciutto (we’d tie it in a bow if we could), and then roasted in your oven till crisp and crackling. Slice it open to revel the layers of juicy chicken breast and vibrant green filling — it’s the gift that keeps on giving

To Serve

Serve hot with gravy, potato gratin and Brussels sprouts or as part of a cold buffet with apple and cranberry relish and our festive grain salad.

Remove the plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C. DEFROSTED: drizzle or spray with olive oil and cook uncovered for 25 minutes or until the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer. FROZEN: drizzle or spray with olive oil and cook uncovered for 50 minutes or until the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer. Rest for 5 minutes before cutting into 1.5cm slices. Can be served hot with potato gratin, brussels sprouts and gravy or cold with beetroot and cranberry relish and salads. Frozen product. Defrost in refrigerator. Cook from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours. While every effort has been made to ensure that the chicken is bone free, please be aware that some may remain. This product contains raw chicken and should be fully cooked before consumption.
