Defrosted: Allow the salad to come to room temperature. Drizzle with a little olive oil and add whichever herbs and salad leaves you like, then either mix in the dressing or for better presentation, serve the dressing in a small bowl on the side. For a warm dish, peel back the film, and remove the sachet of dressing. Lay the film loosely over the tray and microwave for 2-3 minutes, stir and heat for another minute. Add your choice of leaves and herbs, plate and drizzle with dressing. Frozen: defrost the dressing in a bowl of water. Microwave the dish for 5 minutes, stir gently then microwave 2 minutes more. Add your choice of leaves and herbs, plate and drizzle with dressing.
