Defrost salad and allow to come to room temperature. Add your choice of salad leaves, then either mix in the dressing or plate up the cous cous and then drizzle the dressing over. For a warm side dish, peel back the film, set aside the sachet of creamy dressing. Replace the film loosely and microwave for 2 minutes, stir and heat for another minute. Pour over the dressing and serve.
Frozen: defrost the dressing in a bowl of water. Microwave the dish for 5-6 minutes, stirring gently halfway through. Pour over the dressing and serve.
