How We Make It

The sauce is based on a classic bechamel (white sauce) which we perk up by folding through the mushrooms, onions, tarragon chopped tarragon, a little porcini powder and cream. This was really good. Had it with just a handful of baby spinach but you could easily bulk it with mash potato. A really easy meal.

We are loving these pies. So much better than other precooked meals — just like home made without the preparation and mess.
