A classic old-school gingerbread mix spiced with cinnamon and sweetened with golden syrup. Our kit includes detailed instructions (for you to follow or tear up and go rogue) and thick icing for decorating and building (because you can’t have your walls tumbling down). Houses, gingerbread men or sweet stars for snacking it’s a delicious project to keep everyone busy over the holidays. Also, you’ve got to leave something out for Santa, and you know he has excellent taste.  

To Serve

Keep it classic and serve with a glass of cold milk or a cup of tea. 

Ingredients

Gingerbread (60%) (plain flour (wheat), sugar, butter (cream (milk), salt), milk, free range egg yolk, ginger (0.7%) powder, cinnamon, sodium bicarbonate, golden syrup (cane sugar, water), salt). Royal icing (40%) (sugar, egg white)
