Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Place the sausage rolls on a baking paper-lined tray. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 20-30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. FROZEN: Place the cherry and plum sauce in a bowl of warm water. Cook rolls for approximately 25-35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Serve with cherry and plum dipping sauce. Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary.Keep frozen. once thawed, do not refreeze. Defrost in refrigerator. Cook within 48 hours of removing from freezer and consume immediately. Do not reheat or refrigerate once cooked. This product contains raw duck and egg and must be fully cooked before consumption. Remove the plastic lining from tray before recycling along with cardboard sleeve.

Free-range duck mince combined with mushrooms, five spice, ginger, garlic, spring onions, chopped water chestnuts, and a little sesame oil wrapped in butter puff pastry. We have given the plum sauce a festive twist with the addition of cherries and spices. The sausage rolls arrive egg-washed and sprinkled with sesame seeds, ready to pop in the oven.
