To Cook
Defrost fully, then empty into a saucepan and place over a gentle heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is piping hot and the prawns and fish are just cooked and opaque. Serve with crusty bread. Tip: serve with a rouille by combining mayonnaise, a pinch of paprika, saffron and garlic.
