Prep, Cook and Serve
Individual: Peel back the film and remove, then lay the film back over the tray. Defrosted: Microwave for 3 minutes until piping hot, serve with a dollop of jalapeno sour cream. Frozen: Defrost the sour cream in a bowl of warm water and then microwave the dish for 6 minutes stirring halfway through. Serve with a drizzle of jalapeno lime crema. Can also be heated in a 200-degree oven till piping hot. Remove the sachet and cover with foil before reheating. Frozen product. Heat from frozen or defrost in the refrigerator. Once defrosted, reheat and consume within 48 hours. Remove the plastic lining from tray before recycling.
