Teriyaki chicken

Teriyaki chicken

Teriyaki has made quite a name for itself over the years, hasn’t it? It’s honestly become one of our all-time favourite ways to eat chicken, so who are we to deny you such greatness for dinner? Our teriyaki sauce is homemade, of course, with the usual suspects of soy, mirin, sake and a little ginger and garlic. We marinate and steam-bake the skin-on chicken thighs at ours before giving them a sprinkle of sesame seeds. All they need is a final moment under the heat at yours, glazed with the teriyaki sauce until bubbly, golden and caramelised, so you can take all the credit you so deserve come dinnertime.
