Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Place sausage rolls on baking-paper lined tray, brush with egg-wash or milk. FROZEN: cook for approximately 30-35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Flip and cook for a further 5 minutes to crisp the bases of the rolls if needed. Serve with tomato sauce or chutney. To make mini sausage rolls, allow to defrost slightly and cut each roll into three, then cook until golden brown. Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary.
