Swedish Meatballs

Swedish Meatballs

They might not win any beauty contests, but these little guys don’t need to — they’ve got heaps of flavour to make up for it. Soft, saucy, and undeniably delicious, they’re sure to keep even the fussiest eaters happy. Serve with mash, pasta, or whatever carb keeps the peace in your home. And yes, licking the plate is a must.

To Serve

Serve with Dinner Ladies mashed potato, pasta, crusty bread, or a green salad.

Ingredients

We don't add preservatives or additives to our meals - we cook with real ingredients, just like you would at home. We do occasionally use kitchen pantry staples that include some additives. For example, tomato sauce contains acetic and critic acid.

Sauce (water, cream (milk), beef stock (beef bones, tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns), butter (cream (milk)), plain flour (wheat), soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt, alcohol, sugar, food acids (262, 270, 260), Dijon mustard (sulphites), garlic powder, parsley, vegetable stock (sea salt, maize maltodextrin, natural vegetable flavour, yeast extract, spinach, celery, cabbage, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, cane sugar, potassium chloride, parsley), salt), meatballs (45%) (minced beef (30%), onion, free range eggs, milk, Panko breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, dextrose, water), salt, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg), parsley

    Delicious

Tasty meatballs with a delicious, creamy sauce. The perfect accompaniment was the butter mash. Definitely a favourite.

    Amazing!

These meatballs were absolutely amazing, we demolished them in one sitting. Paired it with the mash- really good!
