Preheat oven (FF) to 200C. Remove the plastic film and sachet of minty yoghurt DEFROSTED: Drizzle the salmon and vegetables with some olive oil. Place the tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and piping hot. Serve with a green salad and the minty yoghurt. FROZEN: Place the sachet of sauce in a bowl of water to defrost.
