Rhubarb, berry and macadamia nut crumble

Rhubarb, berry and macadamia nut crumble

A golden, buttery crumble packed with toasted macadamias and oats, scattered generously over a jammy mix of rhubarb, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. It’s got that just-right balance of tart and sweet making it perfect with double cream, custard or a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Comfort with a capital crunch.

To Serve

Spoon into bowls and top with your creamy companion of choice: double cream, thick custard or ice cream all do nicely.

Ingredients

Rhubarb (29%), blackberries (11%), sugar, plain flour (wheat), raspberries (8%), blueberries (8%), salted butter (cream (milk), salt, culture), rolled oats, macadamia (3%), baking powder (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, organic rice flour)

* We don’t add preservatives or additives to our meals – we cook with the same real ingredients you would find in your home fridge and pantry. Some of these household ingredients do contain sub-ingredients, for example Dijon mustard contains sulphites and crushed tomatoes contain citric acid. We try to find products with as few additives as possible and always list every ingredient in our meals, both here and on the label.
