A Thai-style coconut red curry with a veryyy long list of fragrant ingredients (lemongrass, ginger, coriander, lime, galangal to name a few). Simmered at ours for hours till the beef is meltingly soft so it can be ready at yours in minutes. Finished with bamboo shoots, ground peanuts and heaps of Thai basil for the last punch of flavour before it makes its way to you. 

To Serve

Serve it up with our coconut rice alongside stir-fried greens with oyster sauce.

DEFROSTED: Pierce the film and microwave for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. FROZEN: Pierce the film and microwave for 5 minutes then stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes or until heated through. COOKTOP: defrost fully, empty into a saucepan and heat gently till piping hot.
