Pierce the plastic film several times. DEFROSTED: microwave for 3 minutes, stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes or until piping hot. Alternatively, pour into a small saucepan and heat gently until hot. FROZEN: microwave for 4 minutes, stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.
