This would go well with a green salad, like rocket and shaved fennel, with a lemony vinaigrette, or a big pile of buttered spinach. Warm, crusty baguette on the side would be ideal for mopping up any last skerrick of sauce – but buttered mash wouldn’t go astray either.

To Cook
Preheat oven (FF) to 200C and remove the plastic film. Generously drizzle the top with olive oil. DEFROSTED: cook for 25-30 minutes or until piping hot. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. FROZEN: cook for 45 minutes or until piping hot. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
