To Cook
Preheat oven (FF) to 180C. Remove the plastic film. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 30 minutes or until golden across the top. FROZEN: cook for approximately 40 minutes or until golden across the top. Pour off any excess oil if you like.

This was the first time that I had ordered a meal from The Dinner Ladies and it was reaally delicious. We had it as part of an Easter meal with my husband and son in law, and it accompanied a meal of chicken and vegetables. The potato gratin was easy to cook and the potato slices were covered in a delicious creamy sauce. I will definitely be buying this again, so easy to keep in the freezer and take out and cook , it will be a firm favourite for my husband and I.
