Pilaf rice with roast cauliflower and raita

Pilaf rice with roast cauliflower and raita

Your curry will never be lonely again! We’ve whipped up a spiced pilaf with basmati rice, roasted cauliflower, and peas to keep your favourite Indian and Sri Lankan curries company at the table. It’s deeply flavoured with garlic, ground coriander, cumin, cardamom, and turmeric, dotted with currants and chopped almonds for added crunch and texture, ready to be drizzled with our raita for a cool and refreshing finish.

    Delicious

The garlic flavour in the raita is out of the world. Only thing is it's missing something substantial, some sort of protein. But the flavour is incredible.

Wonderfully tasty...and a great side dish

This is a favourite dish for taking to work. It does me 2-3 meals as a side to my protein of the day. The raita is a flavoursome addition to an already flavoursome dish.
