Defrost fully, heat oil in a frying pan - about 5mm deep. Fry the tenderloins for 3-4 minutes a side or until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel before serving.

Crispy Crunchy Tender Tenderloins
I think you need to change the name of the dish...these little beauties were everything you want in a delightful chicken-y snack. Perfect with either a side salad, orchips, in a wrap, just by themselves with a dipper sauce or as leftovers the next day (ha! there was only one left!).
One request though...can you include air-fryer times and temps too, please?
