Mushroom and tarragon sauce for pasta

A little French, a little Italian, a lotta simple dinner in minutes. This umami-packed ragu is packed with flavour thanks to porcini and button mushrooms, white wine, Dijon, cream and tarragon. Toss it through pasta or spoon over Parmesan-laced polenta and feel extremely pleased with yourself. Lush. Silky. Ready!
Heat & Eat

To Serve

Toss it through al dente pasta (we love pappardelle) or spoon over a bowl of creamy polenta.

Ingredients

Mushroom (59%), cream (milk), onion, white wine (white wine, salt, sulphites), butter (cream (milk), salt, culture), tomato paste (tomato paste, water, citric acid), dijon mustard (mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, preservative (sodium bi-sulphites)), plain flour (wheat), porcini powder, salt, olive oil, parsley, garlic, vegetable stock (sea salt, maize maltodextrin, natural vegetable flavour, yeast extract, onion, spinach, celery, cabbage, vegetable oil, cane sugar), black pepper, tarragon (0.9%), thyme.

* We don’t add preservatives or additives to our meals – we cook with the same real ingredients you would find in your home fridge and pantry. Some of these household ingredients do contain sub-ingredients, for example Dijon mustard contains sulphites and crushed tomatoes contain citric acid. We try to find products with as few additives as possible and always list every ingredient in our meals, both here and on the label.
