Preheat oven (FF) to 200 °C. Remove the film from the tray and set aside the sachet of broth. EASY: place the tray in the oven and cook for 20 minutes (from defrosted) or 30 minutes (from frozen). Pour the broth into the tray and cook for further 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through and broth is hot. A LITTLE MORE EFFORT: place the tray in the oven and cook for 25 minutes (from defrosted) or 35 minutes (from frozen) or until fish is cooked through. Then heat the broth in a saucepan until piping hot. Transfer the fish and eggplant to serving bowls and pour over the broth.
