A squeeze of lemon and your favourite chilli sauce. You could also make a rocket or tomato salad on the side but realistically? These are going to be wolfed down as is, hot off the press.

These are so great for a quick lunch when someone drops around, or you want something a bit special, but don't have time to create it. I serve these with oven roasted peppers, a green salad and some tzatziki, if I'm making it into an easy lunch with friends. They are equally delicious just on their own. Definite winner.

It was delicious and we shared it between 4 of us. As per instructions we squeezed some lemon on it. Absolutely yum!

Popular with the family, these flatbreads were a great option for a quick and easy light meal. With a vegetarian in the family, we also purchased some of the spinach and cheese ones as well that were equally as good
