Small: 550g- 2 x 2 filled flat breads, serves 2 or more as a snack

Prep, Cook & Serve


Defrost fully and remove the flat breads from the bag. SANDWICH PRESS: Heat a large sandwich press and toast for 6 minutes or until crispy and the filling is hot. FRY PAN: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, fry each flat bread for 3 minutes a side until crispy and the filling is hot. Cut into wedges and serve with a squeeze of lemon.Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Defrost in refrigerator. Cook within 48 hours of removing from freezer and consume immediately. Do not reheat or refrigerate once cooked.

How We Make It

We start by frying onions, garlic and spices till aromatic. We fry the lamb mince in the onions with a little tomato paste and simmer till the flavoured have infused and the lamb is cooked. We finish off with chopped spring onions, spinach and fresh mint and parsley. The filling is topped with crumbled feta and mozzarella and sandwiched between two pieces of pita bread.
