Tender chicken escalopes (thinly sliced for quicker cooking and extra juiciness) are marinated in paprika, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. The magic happens when you add our creamy, sun-dried tomato sauce — a lush blend of white wine, chicken stock, and sun-dried toms. Cook the chicken, pour over the sauce, and prepare for a dish so good, you’ll want to marry us. We do!  

Serve with our creamy mash topped with the lush sauce and a side of greens or slice the chicken into strips, sear in a hot pan till cooked and then toss it all together with a batch of freshly cooked pasta.  

We don't add preservatives or additives to our meals - we cook with real ingredients, just like you would at home. We do occasionally use kitchen pantry staples that include some additives. For example, tomato sauce contains acetic and critic acid.

Defrost fully, remove the chicken from the marinade, and sear in a lightly oiled preheated frying pan for 3-4 minutes a side or until fully cooked then remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Pour the sauce into the frying pan and simmer gently for approximately 1-2 minutes till heated through and thickening slightly. Serve the chicken with Dinner Ladies mash potato, rice or pasta and top with sauce. Alternatively, slice the chicken into strips, sear in a hot pan till just cooked, add the sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes before stirring through hot pasta.
