Defrost fully, remove the chicken from the marinade, and sear in a lightly oiled preheated frying pan for 3-4 minutes a side or until fully cooked then remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Pour the sauce into the frying pan and simmer gently for approximately 1-2 minutes till heated through and thickening slightly. Serve the chicken with Dinner Ladies mash potato, rice or pasta and top with sauce. Alternatively, slice the chicken into strips, sear in a hot pan till just cooked, add the sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes before stirring through hot pasta.
