To Cook
Peel back film, remove the sachet of dressing and the piece of paper. Lay the film back over the tray. DEFROSTED: microwave for 4-5 minutes or till piping hot. FROZEN: place the sachet in a cup of water and set aside to defrost. Microwave for 5 minutes, stir gently halfway through, heat for a further 2 minutes or till piping hot. Drizzle the dressing over the top and add salad leaves such as baby spinach or rocket if you like. Microwave ovens vary, adjust heating times if required.

This was so goood! We had this as a side to the slow cooked lamb and everyone loved it. I have ordered it again to eat either as a side or as a main meal. Can’t wait to eat it again
