This is what happens when pumpkin decides to dress up for the occasion. Jap pumpkin roasted with a drizzle of maple, then popped on a bed of nutty freekeh with roasted pistachios for crunch and crumbled fetta for salty creaminess. A side dish with big main character energy. 

To Serve

Serve on the side of any grilled or roast protein or add in a radicchio or baby spinach to turn it into a substantial vegetarian main.

Ingredients

We don't add preservatives or additives to our meals - we cook with real ingredients, just like you would at home. We do occasionally use kitchen pantry staples that include some additives. For example, tomato sauce contains acetic and critic acid.

To Cook

Microwavable

Peel back film, remove the sachet of dressing and the piece of paper. Lay the film back over the tray. DEFROSTED: microwave for 4-5 minutes or till piping hot. FROZEN: place the sachet in a cup of water and set aside to defrost. Microwave for 5 minutes, stir gently halfway through, heat for a further 2 minutes or till piping hot. Drizzle the dressing over the top and add salad leaves such as baby spinach or rocket if you like. Microwave ovens vary, adjust heating times if required.
