Defrost fully and set a side the sachets. Barbecue/ frying pan - preheat a barbecue or lightly oiled grill pan and fry the fillets for about 8 minutes each side over medium heat, basting with the sauce, until cooked through (or an internal thermometer reaches 75 C). Oven - preheat oven to 200 C fan forced. Transfer the chicken to a lined baking tray, skin side up. Baste with the sauce, cook for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through (or an internal thermometer reaches 75 C). Rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with steamed or coconut rice, roti bread and salad with the sambal on the side.
